ONline & In-Person Fitness

The Fitness component of the Shred Program is performed in two methods:

1. Unlimited Small Group Shred Sessions (HIIT Training), Band & Lift (Resistance Band Training) or Shred & Lift (Weight Lifting). 

2. 1-1 Personal Training for those with busy schedules or joint limitations.

Fitness Training focusing on: 

  • Strength
  • Muscle definition 
  • Maximize Calorie & Fat Burn
  • Proper technique & Body Alignment

Sessions are recorded to our daily OnDemand Workouts, so you'll never miss a session!
