Small-Group Training 

While some people prefer a one-on-one environment where they can work out exclusively with their personal trainer, others prefer the group support, social environment, and accountability boost of exercising in a group setting. That’s why Demand Great Health & Fitness offers small group training — you’ll get the same personalized workout and nutritional advice as you’d receive in our standard personal training package, but you’ll be training alongside 4-5 other members of our Hampton community! It’s a great way to meet new friends and add a social component to your workout.
